AUDIO, VIDEO AND IMAGE RELEASE AND CONSENT

This Audio, Video and Image Release and Consent (“Release”) is entered into by the undersigned individual (“Participant”) in favour of Allow More FZE (“Company”).
By checking the acceptance box or otherwise providing explicit consent, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms set out below.
Recording of Sessions
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that online courses, group calls, webinars, workshops, and other educational or informational sessions conducted by the Company (the “Sessions”) may be recorded in audio and/or video format and that photographs may be taken during such Sessions.
The recordings may capture the Participant’s image, voice, name, likeness, statements, questions, and other personal expressions (collectively, the “Recordings”).
Grant of Rights
The Participant hereby grants the Company a voluntary, explicit, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, and perpetual consent and licence to:
- record, photograph, and otherwise capture the Participant during the Sessions;
- store, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, combine, publish, distribute, display, transmit, and otherwise use the Recordings, in whole or in part;
- use the Recordings for educational, training, informational, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to use on the Company’s website, social media platforms, advertising materials, internal documentation, presentations, and future course materials.
Third-Party Platforms
The Participant understands and agrees that the Recordings may be hosted, published, or distributed through third-party platforms (including video hosting services and social media platforms), which operate under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. The Company shall not be responsible for independent processing or redistribution of content by such platforms beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
No Compensation
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that no fees, royalties, or other compensation shall be payable to the Participant in connection with the creation, use, or distribution of the Recordings.
Waiver of Approval and Claims
The Participant waives any right to inspect, approve, or request removal of the Recordings or any materials incorporating the Recordings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Participant irrevocably releases and discharges the Company, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the lawful use of the Recordings in accordance with this Release.
Data Protection and Consent
The Participant confirms that this Release constitutes explicit consent to the processing of personal data, including image and voice, for the purposes described herein, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates.
The Participant understands that:
- consent is provided voluntarily;
- consent may be withdrawn prior to the start of a specific Session by notifying the Company in writing;
- withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.
Participant Responsibility
The Participant acknowledges that Sessions are recorded by default. If the Participant does not wish to appear in the Recordings, it is the Participant’s responsibility to:
- keep their camera switched off;
- refrain from speaking during recorded parts of the Session;
- notify the Company in advance where technically feasible.
Age and Capacity
The Participant confirms that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and have the legal capacity to provide this Release.
Electronic Consent
The Participant agrees that this Release may be executed electronically (including by ticking a checkbox or similar action) and that such electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Governing Law
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
