REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last updated: 23 January 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) is issued by Allow More FZE (the “Company”, “Allow More”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases, bookings, and participation in the Company’s services, content, sessions, events, and related digital offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in the Services, you (“User”, “you”) acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
Individual Session means a one-to-one session provided by the Company to a specific User at a scheduled time.
Group Session / Event means any group class, webinar, workshop, live call, guided practice, online meeting, or other session delivered to multiple participants, whether online or in person.
Digital Content means any recordings, downloadable materials, replays, audio/video files, session notes, worksheets, or access to a content library or digital resources.
Service Details means access links (including video-conference links), joining instructions, or other logistical information enabling attendance.
Business Day means any day other than Friday, Saturday, or public holidays in the UAE, unless the context requires otherwise.
General Principles
The Services are digital, consultative, informational, and experiential in nature. Physical goods are not sold. Except as expressly stated in this Policy, all sales are final, and the Services are non-returnable. Where permitted by applicable law, the User acknowledges that provision of time-specific services (scheduled sessions) and/or supply of digital content may limit or exclude statutory “cooling-off” rights once provision has commenced and/or access has been granted. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under the mandatory laws of the User’s place of residence.
Individual Sessions
Cancellation by the User
The User may cancel an Individual Session no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the scheduled start time. If the User cancels less than 24 hours before the start time, the Individual Session shall be deemed provided in full, and no refund shall be issued.
Rescheduling
Where the User cancels at least 24 hours in advance, the Company may, at its discretion:
- reschedule the Individual Session to a new date/time, or
- issue a refund, or
- issue a credit/voucher for future Services.
Rescheduling is subject to facilitator availability and scheduling constraints. The Company does not guarantee the same time slot or facilitator.
Late arrival
If the User is late to an Individual Session, the session duration will be reduced by the lateness period. The Company is under no obligation to extend the session or provide compensation or refund for the missed time.
No-show
If the User fails to attend the Individual Session without timely cancellation, the session is deemed provided in full and non-refundable.
Group Sessions, Webinars, Classes, Events
A User’s failure to attend a Group Session/Event for any reason does not entitle the User to a refund or credit unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Service is deemed provided when any of the following occurs (whichever is earlier):
- the Group Session/Event takes place as scheduled, or
- the User is granted access to Service Details and/or Digital Content (including replays/materials), or
- access is otherwise made available.
If the Company offers replays/recordings, providing access to such recordings is a convenience feature and does not create an additional refund entitlement.
Digital Content
Once access to Digital Content is granted (including by email link, platform access, or download), such Digital Content is non-refundable, except where required by mandatory applicable law. Loss of access due to User-side issues (including device incompatibility, poor internet connection, email filtering, or incorrect contact details provided by the User) does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Packages, Bundles, Multi-session Offers
If the User purchases a package/bundle of multiple sessions or a combined offer:
- the 24-hour cancellation rule applies to each scheduled Individual Session within the package, and
- any unused portion is refundable only if explicitly stated at the time of purchase or required by mandatory law.
Where a package includes any Digital Content (recordings/materials), the Digital Content component is non-refundable once access is granted.
Promotions, Discounted Offers, Gift Cards
Discounted Services, promotional offers, and special campaigns may have additional limitations or separate conditions disclosed at purchase. Gift cards/vouchers/credits (if offered) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Company Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Technical Issues
If the Company cancels an Individual Session or a Group Session/Event for reasons attributable to the Company, the User will be offered, at the Company’s discretion:
- rescheduling, or
- credit/voucher, or
- a refund for the cancelled Service.
If a session is materially disrupted due to Company-side technical failure (not User-side), the Company may offer rescheduling or partial credit, assessed case-by-case.
The Company is not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing providers, hosting platforms) where the Company has taken reasonable measures, but may still offer a goodwill solution at its discretion.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide Services due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: governmental actions, outages, war, public health emergencies, network failures, or natural disasters.
In force majeure situations, the Company may offer rescheduling or credit. Refunds will be provided only where required by mandatory law.
Service Acceptance and Complaints
Services are deemed accepted by the User upon provision, without the need for any formal acceptance act. Any reasoned written complaint must be submitted within one (1) calendar day following the date the Service was provided. Failing such notice, the Service shall be deemed accepted in full and without reservations. Non-attendance at any scheduled Group Session or Event does not affect the acceptance or provision of the Service, regardless of the reason for such non-attendance.
Payment Processing, Fees, Taxes, Currency
Payments are processed exclusively via third-party payment service providers. The Company does not collect, store, or process payment card details. Any bank fees, card fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or similar charges imposed by third parties are borne solely by the User and are non-refundable.
A non-refundable administrative and processing fee of 10% is applied to all approved refunds. In addition, any bank fees, credit card fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or similar third-party charges deducted by payment service providers are non-refundable and shall be borne by the User. Refunds, if approved, are made to the original payment method used by the User, unless the Company reasonably determines that an alternative refund method is required (for example, where the original payment method is no longer available).
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If the User initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company to seek resolution, the Company may suspend access to Services pending outcome. Where a chargeback is resolved in the Company’s favor, the User remains liable for the amount of the purchase and any associated costs incurred by the Company, to the extent permitted by law.
How to Request a Refund
Requests must be submitted to: [e-mail] with:
- User’s full name,
- order reference/receipt,
- date/time of the booked session (if relevant),
- the request type (cancellation/reschedule/refund),
- brief reason (optional, unless a complaint is submitted under Section 10).
The Company may request reasonable information to verify identity and purchase details. The Company will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Documents
This Policy shall be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Audio, Video and Image Release and Consent. In the event of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
